Vacationers & homeowners renting linens

For the vacationers we simplify their packing leaving them time to place the fun, memory making moments.. Arrive to your rental with freshly laundered linens awaiting you. Orders arrive between 1-5 (not normally & the latest). Use and launder as needed and on departure day bag in the provided laundry bags and place outside by 10AM for our retrieval. If you arrive to an issue with your order please contact us by 6 PM & we will do our best to rectify and offer a solution. If later please leave a message & we will be in touch first thing in the morning.

For the homeowners we save you a time & the hassle on your weekly turnovers. Keep your linen closets bare & you can either rent your weekly bedding & towels from us & we deliver and retrieve on your departure days. You carry this cost or like many homes down south, you simply send our PDF and website info along with leases and the renters place an order with us. This frees the homeowner up completely if desired. We provide a postcard to leave with the welcome package listing all that was provided so the tenants know what to do on departure day.

Policies & Fees

If you do not call to see if we can accommodate you in advance and place an online order we will refund you immediately the next day with the processing fees our service utilizes dented. Your linens are reserved the moment you make a payment. There is a one time $17 delivery and pick up fee.

Please place the linens in the provided laundry bags outside by 10 AM when you’re leaving. If we have to hunt them down or never receive them back there are fees incurred. Please see below:

Scenario 1: On departure day, if your bag is not outside by 10 AM and we have to wait up to 15 minutes - $25 fee.

Scenario 2: You’ve left without placing our linens outside.

If you can arrange a realtor to unlock house and place our linens outside within our delivery timeframe and we can circle back to retrieve (10AM -5 PM) : —-$100 fee

Scenario 3: If you left inside we don’t hear from you with anything from above and we never receive the linens back (either thrown out or stolen from next tenants) - you will be charged your original invoice amount for the replacement fee.
