Vacationers & homeowners

For the vacationers:

Take one more thing off your “to do” list — reserve your bedding and towels today. Pack less and enjoy your stay with freshly laundered linens waiting for you.

Delivery is between 1–5 PM on arrival day.

On departure day, place unlaundered linens in the provided bags and bins and leave outside by 10 AM for pickup. If items are not out and we’re unable to retrieve them, a return visit and fee may apply. If there is no easy on-site solution, fees start at $100 and may be up to the full replacement cost of the linens.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us by 6 PM and we’ll do our best to resolve it that day. Messages received later will be returned the next morning.

Please note: unused linens are not eligible for refund.

For the homeowners:

Let’s face it, turnover days are a huge hassle. Many owners are living locally and find comfort in our “SWAP & DROP” service. This allows you to keep linen closets bare and add ease back into your summer.

Delivery between 10-3 PM.

You have choices: add the price into leases while others simply refer our service by including a pdf with our items/pricing.

To aid in a smooth process we provide you a postcard that tells your tenants what you rented and instructions for departure day to create a streamlined summer.

Policies

We recommend reserving your linens when you secure your rental, as inventory can run low during busy holiday periods.

On departure day, please place all linens outside by 10 AM. If you’ve already left, we will first try to retrieve them if access is available.

  • If linens are bagged and easily accessible inside, there is no fee.

  • If we need to strip beds and gather items, a $100 fee will apply.

  • If we cannot access the home and must return at another time, a $200 fee will apply.

  • If linens are not recovered and are used or taken by incoming guests, you will be charged the full replacement cost (original invoice amount).
